ALL ORDERS HAVE STARTED SHIPPING! Thank you all for the support in the preorder phase, looking forward to seeing them in your CX4's!
Correction: In the video below, we claimed these triggers only last 400 rounds. We are at 1,500 rounds on the same trigger and have seen zero dimensional changes. Under promise and overdeliver, we are still including multiple spares just in case.

We are STOKED to make the CX4 fun again. It's a criminally undermentioned PCC that finally is back as a front runner. Our FRT trigger upgrade kit takes advantage of the forced reset action to provide rapid follow up shots while still staying on target. This is an advantage to competition shooters that want to improve their split times as well as consumers looking to improve on their skills.
Each kit will include the following:
- 2x Replacement Triggers
- 1x Carbon Steel Premodified Sear
- 1x 4140 Steel Lifting Cam
- 1x Bolt Notch Cutting Template
- 1x Magazine Catch Cover
Modifications:
Mandatory: In order to get this running, there are two modifications that must be made to the bolt. The cam prevents the hammer from being able to fall while the bolt is out of battery by propping up the trigger until it falls into it's locating notch. This notch is similarly sized to the magazine catch notch but placed about 10mm back. We include a template that allows you to draw out the cut, which a carbide dremel bit makes light work of it.
During testing, some of our testers used some JB Weld or Epoxy to fill in the magazine catch notch to improve the efficiency of our cam. This eliminated any possibility of hammer follow, and improved the feel and reliability of the trigger. This is removable should you want to return to semi-auto in the future with some light polishing. We call this a 'half modification'.
Optional: We include a premodified sear. If you desire, just flatten out the top notch of the OEM sear and you can use that instead should your sear stretch over time. We have changed the steel we used for this from beta testing, but it may continue to happen from large round counts.
Note: We currently do not recommend these with the Papa Sierra trigger housings. Use your polymer housing if you still have it. There is a lot of variability of the ones they made where the cam may or may not fit depending on the generation. Reach out to us with a photo and we can advise if it will work.

GREAT PRODUCT! Arrive with no damage and packaged well, Looks great. Never even occurred to me to use a 3d printer to make an item like this. This item is 1/2 the cost of OEM item like this. Thanks very much for making and selling these, and it does what it was designed to do.

The brass catcher is extremely solid construction and even got a awesome little T-Rex as an added bonus. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Performs exactly as described. Definitely saving the seller to watch for future creations. Highly recommend.
