Refund policy

We will try to honor most returns if the product you ordered arrives defective, broken, the wrong color etc. If you are simply dissatisfied with your order, reach out to us so we can understand where you're coming from at the very least.

Should a return/refund be granted, it must be sent back to us for inspection before we can proceed with a refund! We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds for intentionally damaged goods or items that arrive in a way that differs from the condition they were sent in.
